OWI Australia offers visa application and immigration assistance to anyone wishing to enter into Australia. A visa permits non-citizens of a country to enter and remain in a country. OWI’s visa application and immigration assistance includes; working with individuals and corporations who wish to obtain any kind of visa for themselves or for their workers, preparing and helping to prepare a visa application or other immigration document, advising about a visa application or visa matter, and representation in, or preparing for, immigration legal proceedings before a tribunal or a Court or any review authority in relation to a visa matter.

The principal of OWI and OWI Australia is Hugh Piper (LPN 5510196) (B.Ec.Dip.Acc (Flin) LLB(Hons)(UNE) LLM(Syd) GCLP (UniSA), Public Notary, admitted as a solicitor and barrister to the Supreme Courts of South Australia, New South Wales and High Court of Australia, an Australian Legal Practitioner with more than 25 years of legal practice experience, and who prior to practising law had more than 10 years of chartered accounting and insolvency practice experience (fmr Chartered Accountant and Registered Liquidator). Hugh Piper is also the principal of Onequity Law, a law firm which practices in Australian property law, corporate, commercial and business law, employment law, constitutional law, intellectual property law, renewable energy law and many other kinds of law. Hugh’s clients range from individuals to global corporations to government organisations.

 

OWI Australia’s consultants (trained and operating according to OWI policies, practices and procedures) all with work experience in Australia and overseas.
